To ensure the precision and reliability of its timepieces, Rolex submits each watch after assembly to a stringent series of tests. All new Rolex watches purchased from one of the brand’s Official Retail-ers come with a five-year international guarantee. When you buy a Rolex, the Official Retailer fills out and dates the Rolex guarantee card that certifies your watch’s authenticity.
The green seal
The five-year guarantee which applies to all Rolex models is coupled with the green seal, a symbol of its status as a Superlative Chronometer. This exclusive designation attests that the watch has successfully undergone a series of specific final controls by Rolex in its own laboratories according to its own criteria, in addition to the official COSC certification of its movement.
Rolex presentation box
Every Rolex is delivered in a beautiful green presentation box that is both protector and keeper of the jewel that nests inside it. As the presentation box is also a symbol of giving, it is important, if you are purchasing a gift, that the recipient’s first contact with their Rolex sets the stage for revealing what lies within.

Il quadrante blu ghiaccio
Il quadrante blu ghiaccio presenta un motivo a grana di riso. Il disegno che ne risulta è ottenuto mediante guillochage e ricorda un rosone, con i motivi geometrici tridimensionali che si ripetono fino a ricoprire l’intera superficie del quadrante, partendo dal contatore dei piccoli secondi a ore 6. Sul bordo del quadrante, la minuteria è impreziosita da entrambi i lati da un sottile filetto con superficie in rilievo e motivo a cremagliera, anch’esso guilloché. Presentando un quadrante decorato con la tecnica del guillochage, dove il motivo è tagliato su una superficie con un bulino, Rolex prosegue l’obbiettivo dichiarato della collezione Perpetual: rendere omaggio all’arte dell’orologeria classica arricchendola con i suoi know-how e la sua creatività. Questo quadrante esclusivo esibisce gli stessi numeri arabi 3, 9 e 12, gli stessi indici sfaccettati e le stesse lancette che caratterizzano le versioni in oro 18 ct. Il raffinato colore del quadrante è disponibile unicamente per il Day-Date, il Cosmograph Daytona, il Perpetual 1908 e il Land-Dweller.
Lunetta bombata e zigrinata
Questo orologio elegante e sobrio esibisce una cassa sottile, sovrastata da una lunetta bombata nella parte superiore e finemente zigrinata nella parte inferiore.
Platino
Raro e prezioso, il platino si distingue per il suo candore argenteo e per la sua vibrante luminosità. È uno dei metalli più densi e più pesanti al mondo, caratterizzato da proprietà fisiche e chimiche eccezionali, come una straordinaria resistenza alla corrosione. Paradossalmente è anche duttile, elastico e altamente malleabile, ragion per cui la lavorazione e la lucidatura risultano essere operazioni molto delicate che richiedono competenze estremamente elevate. Rolex usa esclusivamente platino 950, una lega composta dal 950‰ (per mille) di platino, realizzata in interno grazie al meticoloso lavoro dei tecnici metallurgici della Casa. Il più nobile dei metalli per i segnatempo più raffinati.
